Who we are

What we collect

• When you sign up for early access: name, email, profile (player, club, university, sponsor or fan) and country
• If you choose to add them: age, city, position, men's or women's football, club or university, league, your role, what you are looking for and your WhatsApp number
• How you got here: campaign source, invite code and whether you came from a QR code or an NFC card
• How you use the site: pages viewed and buttons used, with a session ID that is not a cookie and disappears when you close the tab
• Google and Meta cookies, only if you accept them

What we use it for

• To save your early access spot and write to you about the launch
• To message you on WhatsApp, only if you checked that box
• To prioritize access by profile and country
• To count the people you invite
• To measure which channels bring sign-ups

We do not sell your data.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give with the checkbox when you sign up and can withdraw at any time. In Colombia this follows Law 1581 of 2012. In the European Union and Spain, the GDPR.

Who we share it with

The providers that host the site and the database ([PROVIDERS]) and, only if you accept cookies, Google and Meta. Some of them process data outside your country, under contracts that protect it.

How long we keep it

Until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent by writing to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We answer within the time the law sets. You can also complain to the data protection authority: the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio in Colombia or the AEPD in Spain.

Age

Early access is for people 18 and over. If we learn that a sign-up belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date above. If the change is important, we tell registered users by email.
